IglooBlokk™

IglooBlokk™ is made out of heat-resistant, anti-static foam that can be inserted into preexisting raised flooring holes or precut holes in new build-outs.

IglooBlokk™ retracts 2” -4” in either direction to fit most precut flooring space.  Available with or without plastic grommets.  Ask about retro-fit grommets.

Industry-Standard Openings

For your convenience, 2.5"x5" and 5"x7" IglooBlokks™ are shipped in two-part, fully-coated sets.

The two piece block that totals 5" square will fit any square, rectangular or circular opening less than 5".

The two piece block that totals 10" square will fit any square, rectangular or circular opening between 6"-10".

Large and Unusual Tile Openings

IglooBlokk™ is offered in a large variety of sizes that can be combined and compressed into virtually any opening in your data center.

All IglooBlokks™ are 2" thick. Large blocks are made from a stiffer material in order to avoid sagging in spaces larger than 12 square inches. Custom cutting is available.

IceStripp

IceStripp™ keeps AC from stagnating under or behind air conditioning units and other data center equipment.

Blanking Strip

The American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) recommends using blanking panels to close off empty spots within racks in order to optimize cooling capacity.

The IceStripp™ blanking strip is easy to install, flame resistant and static free, no screwing or extra parts are necessary. The blanking strip can be especially useful in non-standard spaces, as the flexible material easily contracts into slightly smaller spaces.

Blanking strips are 2” tall, 2” deep and 18” long.

Under Cabinet Strip

IceStripp™ can be used under cabinets and equipment that have space below, above, or between them to efficiently keep air conditioned air out of places where it is not useful.

IceStripp™ also keeps AC from stagnating under or behind air conditioning units and other data center equipment.

SubFloor Wall

The subfloor wall separates areas of unused space from areas of used space in Enterprise Data Centers. This allows cooling units in the unused space to be shutoff while still maintaining under floor pressure of the in-use portion of the data center. The subfloor wall can be used to create channels underfloor that isolate cold air, increasing velocity to parts of the floor where it is needed.
