Industry-Standard Openings

Gaphog International offers blocks in a variety of sizes to fit your needs. Prices for products under 13” in either/both directions start at $10 USD/opening and go to about $60 USD/opening.

Generally, our customers combine two blocks that together make up the total area of the opening they are trying to fill, allowing cables to pass in-between the blocks.

Large and Unusual Tile Openings

Large blocks (13” in either/both directions) are made from a stiffer material in order to avoid sagging in spaces larger than 12 square inches. (Product will retract 1”-2” in both directions.) Components are UL94-listed. Prices start at $60/opening and go to $150/opening.

Generally, our customers allow cabling to rest along the sides of large, edged cutouts with one large block inserted in the middle of the cutout to block the open space.

Data Center Skinn

*Patents Pending, Foreign and Domestic

Commonly, half the chilled air generated by electrical cooling units never even makes it to perforated tiles. Meaning, tile configuration upgrades, carefully-planned aisle placement designs, and odd-spot air loss blocking solutions only solve a small fraction of the total energy over-expenditure issue in an average data center.

Gaphog’s Data Center Skinn product can completely eliminate your air delivery issues without requiring odd false ceilings or expensive analysis.

GapHOG

The Data Center Skinn subfloor wall separates areas of unused space from areas of used space in Enterprise Data Centers. This allows cooling units in the unused space to be shutoff while still maintaining under floor pressure of the in-use portion of the data center.

Case Study: Underfloor Air Pressure

The subfloor wall can also be used to create directional partitions underfloor, increasing airflow to parts of the floor where it is needed.

The Data Center Skinn subfloor wall comes in any height to fit your raised floor (usually 1’, 2’, 3’) x a length that you specify. We also work in the metric system. We can accommodate your underfloor fire suppression systems.
